THE NITTY GRITTY
Once pricing and final designs are approved, contracts are signed with our specialist builder. Plans and schedules are drawn up, and all project paperwork from building permits through to quality assurance are handled by us.
TIME TO BUILD
Our team of specialised builders commence construction. Your level of involvement is completely up to you, but we’ll keep you in the loop on progress and ensure things run smoothly on-site.
MOVE IN
With everything from pricing to appliances established upfront, the only thing to do is unpack. Before we part ways, we’ll take you through your new home to ensure you’re happy with the end result.
